Hey everyone, welcome back, Ready for another deep dive. Today we're tackling healing and personal growth, and let me tell you I got some really incredible source material for this one. It's really resonated with me and I think it's going to resonate with you guys too.

Speaker 1:Yeah, that makes sense.
Speaker 2:So this text? It talks about the importance of self-awareness, like noticing those negative thoughts and patterns that might be holding you back, and then it's about challenging those thoughts, like asking yourself if they're really true and looking for evidence to the contrary.

Speaker 2:Exactly, and it takes practice. You know it's not going to happen overnight.

Speaker 1:Yeah, that's so true. I've definitely experienced that Like. I used to think I could be friends with anyone, but I realized some relationships were just draining my energy and letting go of those connections. Even though it was hard, it made a huge difference in my life.
Speaker 2:And that kind of leads us to the next point, which is about mindfulness and self-care.
Speaker 1:Oh yeah, self-care is essential. Treat yourself right.

Speaker 1:Oh, because setbacks are inevitable, right.
Speaker 2:They are, but the text emphasizes that it's not about avoiding setbacks, it's about learning from them. Okay, so about avoiding setbacks, it's about learning from them, okay.
